01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Presence application, provided by Uluer Technology Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
You specifically acknowledge and agree to the ephemeral nature of the service. Presence is designed for temporary interactions; by using the platform, you accept that your contributions are fleeting and will be permanently removed according to our deletion protocols.
02 Ownership of Traces
You retain all ownership rights to the content ("Traces") you create and share through Presence. We do not claim ownership of your thoughts, images, or markers.
However, by posting a Trace, you grant Presence a non-exclusive, royalty-free, temporary license to display, transmit, and distribute said Trace within the 24-48 hour visibility window to other users in your proximity.
This license expires automatically upon the deletion of the Trace from our active servers.
03 Prohibited Conduct
To maintain a respectful and safe ephemeral environment, you agree not to:
- block Engage in harassment, bullying, or stalking of other users.
- block Post illegal content, including but not limited to intellectual property infringement or prohibited imagery.
- block Attempt to circumvent the ephemeral nature of the app (e.g., through automated scraping).
- block Impersonate individuals or entities in a deceptive manner.
04 The Ephemeral Clause
This is a critical understanding of our service: Uluer Technology Solutions is not a storage provider.
Every Trace is designed to disappear. Once a Trace expires (typically between 24 and 48 hours), it is purged from our systems. We do not maintain backups, archives, or logs of expired content. We are not responsible for any data loss, and we cannot "recover" a Trace once it has faded.
05 Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Uluer Technology Solutions makes no warranties regarding the constant availability of the service or the accuracy of user-generated Traces.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time without notice, particularly to protect the safety of our user community or the integrity of our ephemeral architecture.
06 Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Uluer Technology Solutions is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
