No Personal Data
Presence does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any government-issued identifiers. You are never asked to create an account.
We believe identity is a burden in ephemeral spaces. Our system assigns a randomized, temporary token to your device that regenerates periodically. There is no way for Uluer Technology Solutions to link your activity back to your physical identity.
Location Privacy
Presence uses your location to show "traces" left by others in your immediate vicinity. This processing happens primarily on your device.
storage Local Processing
High-resolution coordinates never leave your device. We only communicate approximate zone-based data to our servers.
cloud_off No History
We do not store a history of where you have been. Once you leave an area, the local cache is cleared.
Ephemeral Nature
Every "trace" left in the Presence app has a built-in expiration date. We mirror the natural world where footprints are washed away by rain or covered by dust.
The 24-48 Hour Rule
All data shared within the app—whether it's a digital 'shout', a visual 'marker', or a 'path'—is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers between 24 and 48 hours after creation. No backups are kept.
