Terms of Service

ExpiryGuard · Uluer Technology Solutions

By downloading or using ExpiryGuard (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms (EULA) and these terms.

2. Not professional advice

The App helps you track dates you enter or detect. It does not provide medical, nutritional, or food-safety advice. Always follow label instructions, local regulations, and your own judgment. You are responsible for decisions about consuming or discarding food.

3. Third-party services

Product information may come from Open Food Facts. Ads may be served by Google AdMob. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Recipe suggestions surfaced in the "Chef Ron" section are generated on-device from your local product list and are informational only — they are not endorsed by, supplied by, or affiliated with any chef, restaurant, dietitian, or food-safety authority. "Chef Ron" is a decorative brand name used inside the App.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uluer Technology Solutions and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update the App or these terms. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
